Standard Filter Bag

         Explanation

    The standard filter bag shipped with every ZeeStop E model is a 25-micron nominal ( 100 absolute ). This filter bag is suitable for year round use. 

    Zebra Mussels have been found throughout the entire plumbing system from the intake valve, pipes, washing machine, hot water tank, and the toilet reservoir. Dead Zebra Mussels in the plumbing will affect the taste and possibly the bacteria count of your water. The ZeeStop filter system will keep sand, silt and other particulate matter suspended in the water from entering your plumbing.

      ZeeStop filter bags may be cleaned without removing them from the apparatus.  Simply use a plastic scrub brush and scrub the outside of the bag. For maximum performance the filter should be changed once year.  ZeeStop does NOT RECOMMEND cleaning the filters in your washing machine. You are trying to keep the Zebra Mussels out of your plumbing. Do not invite them in past the filter.
